My favorite pen in the world is OHTO’s needle-point nbp-507R.
It has soft roller ink (oil based) so it write’s really smoothly, but it’s needle tip (instead of the ball tip) is really precise.  The other one I always use for it’s price and all around comfort, and dark gel ink is Pilot’s Precise V5 RT.  I’m really excited that you asked this question.  Thanks!  Hope you find a nice pen.
